ADMISSION ELEGIBILITY

Eligibility for Admission

1 Eligibility Criteria:

    • Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate :

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
 
Or

(ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
 
Or

(ii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

(iii) Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. 

 

    • Eligibility Criteria for All India Candidates (Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates):

 

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National; 

(ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together; 

Or

(ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only); 

Or

(ii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by University Grants Commission and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

(iii) Obtained score in CET or JEE Main Paper I

 

1.3 Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.

 

(i) The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50 % marks;

(ii) Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time

How To Apply

Candidates are advised to follow the rules for admission to First Year Engineering and Direct admission to Second Year Engineering degree courses as published by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State from time to time.

 

 Direct Second Year Engineering Admission (Lateral Entry),

 

For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate 
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;

(ii) Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent;

Or

(ii) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed HSC with Mathematics as a subject Provided that students belonging to this category shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering Program along with second year subjects.

 (iii) Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time.

  • The above fees structure is subject to change as per the College Admistration decision for 2018-19. The above fee mentioned is included university eligibility and other charges.
  • The refund of fees before cut-off date of admission shall be made within two days i.e. total fee minus the processing charges of Rs.1,000/-, or refund rule shall be as per the guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the State Government, as the case may be.
  • If the admission is cancelled after the cut-off date of admission declared by the Competent authority, there shall be no refund except deposite

  • Caste Validity Certificate for SC/ST/VJ/DT, (NT-A), (NT-B), (NT-C), (NT-D) /OBC/SBC.
  • Non Creamy Layer (This certificate should be valid upto 31st March 2018) for VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC and OBC .
  • AICTE Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student as well as Parents on Rs.100/- nonjudicial Stamp Paper.

Documents required for Direct 2nd Year Admission

  • CAP Admission Seat Allotment Letter from the DTE (MH)
  • Diploma Marksheets (All Semester).
  •  Diploma Provisional Passing Certificate.
  •  College Leaving Certificate after passing Diploma Exam from last attended College.
  • Migration Certificate (in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than MSBTE.
  • Gap Certificate on stamp paper of 20/-duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed Diploma in March 2015 or before and presently not studying in any course/institution)
  • Domicile Certificate of candidate / Domicile certificate of Father /Mother (in case of candidate passing SSC (Std X) and Diploma Examination from recognized institution outside Maharashtra State.
  • AICTE anti-ragging undertaking on stamp paper of minimum 100/- by students as well as parents (at the time of admission).
  • Adhar Card ( Xerox Copy ).

LIBRARY
IDEAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Library established in the year 2013 to cater the need of learning fraternity of the institution.Our library is a haven for book lovers. Library Rules and Regulations

 

  • Identity card is a must for all library transactions. ID cards are non-transferable.
  • Users are requested to maintain silence in the library.
  • Users should avoid taking out several volumes of reports, journals and books at any one moment.
  • The library reading area should be used only for reference and consultation of resource materials.
  • Usage of cell phone is prohibited.
  • Users should fully cooperate with the library staff. In case of any need they should meet the Librarian.

 

CANTEEN
The college has one canteens where a variety of tasty, hygienically prepared food is available at specially subsidized rates. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, a quick snack or a cup of coffee, the canteen is where you need to head. Conveniently located in the college quadrangle.canteen are easily accessible to staff and visitors as well. It is a pleasant sight to see students spread out across the quadrangle, enjoying their food in groups.

  • There are two hostels in this College — New Hostel for Girls and Main Hostel for Boys at the College Campus, where the students are offered residential accommodation in the best possible living environment.
  • Spacious rooms allotted on twin sharing basis – furnished with Two beds, Study table, Two chairs and Wardrobes.
  • A huge courtyard & central lawn is a popular place for the students to relax.
  • In girls hostel there is an in-house nurse provided to take care of the girls.
